The Founder's Journey

With a background in Aircraft Engineering, Arjumand Ashraf began her professional journey as a Behavioral Learning Consultant, working with some of India’s leading corporations. Driven by her passion for personal growth and transformative learning, she founded Menestys in 2010, a pioneering learning and development company that today boasts a network of over 200 trainers across India.

Empowering Women and Artisans

Arj’s commitment to social impact and women’s empowerment extends far beyond business. Through her philanthropic venture, Sheen - The Luxury Label, she has created opportunities for local artisans from Kashmir, her hometown, enabling them to showcase their rich craftsmanship to a wider audience while preserving traditional artistry.
Recognizing the importance of community and collaboration among women entrepreneurs, she also founded Sisterhood, an exclusive women-led Facebook community that has grown to over 40,000 members. The platform has become a thriving ecosystem for networking, support, mentorship, and meaningful collaborations among women across the country.
